Reputation as an Emergent Property

Arch does not assign reputation. It observes it.

Reputation emerges from history:

  • tasks completed

  • stakes risked

  • proofs verified

  • failures recorded

  • slashes applied

There is no single score. There is a pattern of behavior.

Patterns are harder to fake.

Reputation is therefore not a metric. It is a memory of consequences.

Other systems can interpret this memory however they want. Arch simply preserves it.
